Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures Basic warehouse knowledge is a plus but not required Experience Requirements Entry-level position - on-the-job training provided Previous warehouse, picking, packing, unloading, or shipping experience is a plus Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and reliability Ability to meet productivity and quality standards Job Duties Pick and pack customer orders accurately for shipment Process returns and inspect products for quality Unload inbound containers and shipments Label, scan, stage, and wrap products for storage or shipment Maintain inventory accuracy and organization Use warehouse scanning equipment and systems Prepare orders for major retail customers and direct consumer shipments Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Support general warehouse operations as assigned Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
