Job Overview
The Injection Molding Process Technician is a key member of the manufacturing team responsible for optimizing, troubleshooting and maintaining injection molding processes to ensure high-quality production, efficiency and minimizing downtime. This hands-on technical role focuses on process setup, parameter optimization, mold and material handling, and continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced plastics manufacturing operation. You will work closely with production operators, engineers, quality assurance and maintenance teams to deliver consistent output that meets or exceeds our specifications, safety standards, and production targets. This position plays a critical role in supporting OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) improvements, scrap reduction and new product launches for HDPE and PP structural foam components for our enclosures division. This position will be a 2nd shift position with a work schedule of Monday to Friday 2:00pm to 10:15pm as well as overtime as needed on weekends. An initial training period will be required on 1st shift for a minimum of 6 to 8 weeks. A Day In The Life
