Engineer III - Axiom Automation Engineer

What you'll do:

As an IT Engineer III, you'll demonstrate proficiency with Playwright and Axiom ControllerView responsible for supporting the organization's IT Regulatory Reporting delivery and support group. You'll support senior engineers in the development and support activities as well as project tasks. You should have the ability to work independently with minimal direction. As an IT Engineer III, you'll contribute in team dialogue and activities in a collaborative environment.
  • Manage and maintain automation related to Axiom ControllerView.
  • Implement and configure new technologies related to Axiom ControllerView to improve IT operations.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure the security and integrity of IT systems.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations and procedures
  • Work closely with business partners, developers, Product Owners and implementation team to define and deliver effective business systems and solutions for Axiom
  • Responsible for leading testing automation initiatives, coming up with a plan, and execution of the project working closely with all stakeholders for successful delivery

What you'll need:

  • 3+ years of related experience in IT App Support, IT Development, IT Networking, or similar field especially with Axiom ControllerView.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field required.
  • Intermediate knowledge of general Financial Services or Banking is preferred.
  • Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
  • Intermediate to advanced organizational and interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Additional knowledgeable in governance patterns tied to intake, technical reviews and architectural compliance.
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with cloud technologies (e.g. AWS, Azure), pipeline management tools like Azure DevOps or Jira, and working on/managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills
  • Support solution delivery lifecycle including detailing features, collaborating with IT developers, vendors, implementation team, supporting testing efforts, and facilitating business testing.
  • Good experience creating test plans and test scripts for Axiom ControllerView implementation
  • Good understanding of Requirements definition, User stories, and Agile processes
  • Experience with testing software like Playwright
  • Ability to learn modern AI technologies to incorporate them in automation of QA and testing
  • Familiar with Agile methodologies and Project Management processes
