Senior Power Platform Developer

The Senior Power Platform Developer designs, develops, tests, and maintains business applications across the Microsoft 365 and Power Platform ecosystem to meet functional, performance, and quality requirements. As a senior member of the team, this role owns solution architecture end to end, sets technical direction, mentors other developers, and partners with stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable, user-centered low-code/pro-code solutions with scope to leverage an existing AI bot to enhance application functionality.

• Design, build, and maintaincomplex Canvas Apps, owning the solution architecture from data layer through user experience.
  
• DriveUI/UX designfor applications, information architecture, intuitive navigation, responsive layouts, accessibility, and consistent, on-brand component patterns that prioritize end-user adoption.
  
• Develop and orchestrate business process automation usingPower Automate(cloud flows, approvals, HTTP/connector integrations).
  
• ArchitectSharePoint Onlinesolutions including lists, libraries, permissions, and site structures to support application data and content needs.
  
• Write, test, and optimizePowerFxwith attention to delegation, performance, and data source limits.
  
• Establish and champion development standards, reusable patterns, and ALM practices (solution packaging, environment strategy, source control).
  
• Lead requirements discovery with stakeholders, translate ambiguous business needs into technical designs, and deliver iteratively.
  
• Test, debug, and maintain existing applications, including troubleshooting connector, authentication, and data issues.
  
• Document solutions, configurations, and handoff materials for internal teams.
  
• (AI scope)Work with an existing AI bot to analyze responses, craft and refine prompts, and integrate AI-assisted capabilities into Power Platform apps and flows.
  

• 5 years experience; Advanced proficiency withPower AutomateandPowerFx, including performance and delegation optimization.
  
• DemonstratedUI/UXsensibility ,designing clean, intuitive, accessible interfaces and reusable component patterns.
  
• Solid understanding ofSharePoint Onlineadministration and information architecture
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and lead in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
  

• Experience withprompt engineeringand analyzing AI-generated responses for accuracy and consistency.
  
• Familiarity withMicrosoft Graph APIandEntra ID.
  
• Power BIreporting and data modeling experience.
  
• JavaScript/jQueryfor client-side customizations, andPnP PowerShellfor SharePoint administration.
  
• Experience working in anAgile / SAFedelivery environment (e.g., Jira).
  
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-200, PL-400).
