Position Overview: Coordinates and animates the activities associated with the remediation of the ODES WMS (Manhattan Active) in preparation for the change of ERP from SAP ECC to SAP S/4 HANA. The role will liaison between the zone ODES4NEO leadership team and one or more distribution centers. Ensures the ODES4NEO remediation methodology is being followed, timeline and milestones are achieved, and risks are remediated and/or escalated appropriately. Position Responsibilities: * Leads the activation of ODES4NEO for your business area and site(s): o Identify, highlight and escalate risks o Process consistency check o Contribute to the cutover definition /execution o Report ODES4NEO remediation status and test progression * Provides NAFS Physical Distribution Remediation Lead with regular communication (process updates and risk escalation) * Proficient in the ODES solution as currently deployed within their respective business area and site(s) * Master each DC specificities in terms of business process followed locally and have a good knowledge of MANH Solution / Configurations. o Make the link between business process enrichments linked to remediation and operational flows o Provide the site business inputs needed for configurations (Business rules) and perform consistency checks for master data updates. o Support technical assessment impact for local Reports / labels, with Zone/Local business teams and conduct/execute remediation action o Collaborates within business area to ensure all appropriate adaptation of ODES4NEO solution * Operational familiarity with the supporting operational departments (such as Transportation, Order Management, Finance, Internal Control, Quality, Customer Service, Planning, etc.) and able to facilitate relevant deep dives on the ODES4NEO solution. * Lead and guide the Local Key Users (LKUs) at each site through the ODES4NEO remediation process o Train sites LKUs and participate to documentation update * Works in close coordination with ODES4NEO Business Expert and Zone IT Expert to ensure the needs of their site(s) are appropriately scoped and remediated o Guarantees the right integration with the NEO BPOs * Ensures ODES4NEO remediation is sufficiently tested through: o Identification of test cases relevant to each DC based on config updates and business processes enrichments o Support LKUs to generate and provide new tests cases to be included in UAT catalog o Review and approval of E2E test cases o Coordination of testing activities with local teams * Participate to Business cutover preparation for each DC and execute it closely with each site. * Support site to identify and manage any ODES Computer System Validation (CSV) documentation changes or updates * Ensure local communication of ODES4NEO to your business area and site(s) * Ensures all local changes in process are identified, and effectively remediated through site change management processes * Conduct/Support CM for change management activities of the site(s) * Works with business area to ensure adequate business continuity planning * Secures continuous knowledge management of the solution through communication with the LBO community, WMS Core Forum, and Product Authority. * Supports testing and adoption of continuous improvement needs/process changes. * Performs simple configuration tasks for local settings. * Troubleshoots and resolves daily system problems and issues. * Creates Incident tickets for daily system issues that cannot be resolved internally. * Creates Problem Tickets for topics with repeated Incident tickets. * Creates Demand tickets to support continuous improvement projects. * Actively manages Incident, Problem, and Demand ticket resolution with the RUN team. This requires in depth knowledge of the solutions so that tickets and communication contains the correct levels of detail needed and routed to the correct resources to expedite timely resolution.
