Program Manager (QNXT Implementation) Location: 100% Remote (Must Work Pacific Time Hours) About the Role We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the business-side execution of a large-scale core administration platform transformation. This position will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and implementation partners to ensure successful delivery of a complex healthcare insurance system implementation. The ideal candidate will possess deep health plan operations experience, a proven track record leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, and hands-on experience with QNXT implementations. Key Responsibilities * Lead business-side execution of a core administrative platform transformation. * Serve as the primary point of coordination between business leaders, IT teams, and implementation partners. * Drive integrated planning, milestone management, dependency tracking, and readiness activities across multiple operational areas. * Partner with business leaders to define future-state processes, business requirements, and adoption strategies. * Identify, manage, and escalate risks, issues, and key decisions while providing actionable recommendations. * Lead business readiness efforts including change management, training coordination, cutover planning, parallel testing, and post-go-live support. * Deliver executive-level updates on program progress, risks, and implementation readiness. * Collaborate closely with the Program Management Office (PMO) to ensure successful execution of critical business deliverables. Required Qualifications * PMP Certification (Required) * End-to-end QNXT implementation experience (Required) * 10+ years of program management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives * Healthcare insurance or health plan experience * Experience leading enterprise system implementations or platform transformation programs Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Experience working within Medicare, Managed Care, or Health Plan environments Work Environment Fully remote opportunity Candidates may be located anywhere within the United States Must be available to work Pacific Time Zone business hours Top Skills QNXT PMP Certification Health Plan Experience Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Long Beach, CA 90806. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $115.50 - $120.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
