Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse or material handling training is beneficial.

• Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience required.
• At least 2 years of experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts or similar material handling equipment.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and inventory transactions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Fill production orders according to schedule.
• Perform inventory transactions and assign materials to proper storage locations.
• Supply materials to production areas to support operational efficiency.
• Follow FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory practices.
• Pick, package, label, and prepare materials for shipment.
• Load and unload trucks and containers safely.
• Maintain accurate inventory organization and storage areas.
• Support a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Interpret order documentation to fulfill material requests accurately.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive material handling tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely move products using manual or powered material handling equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently in warehouse or manufacturing environments while following established safety procedures.
