• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic computer and scanner experience preferred

• Previous warehouse, stocking, inventory, or material handling experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn additional warehouse equipment and processes

• Stock parts into designated warehouse and mezzanine locations
• Use RF scanners to verify part numbers, quantities, and storage locations
• Transport inventory using mouse carts and stocking carts
• Maintain organized inventory and accurate stock placement
• Meet productivity and quality goals while following company standards
• Assist with inventory control and warehouse organization
• Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines
• Support additional warehouse functions as assigned

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
