Overview Supports the contract management policy and process by reviewing and analyzing prime contract documents, compliance requirements, and applicable ITAR and CUI regulations to assist project management in making informed decisions. Review and prepare prime contract briefs and summary of risk factors for project management. Prepare prime contract flow-down requirements for subcontracting. Review project subcontracts for compliance with contract management policy. Supports preconstruction with prime contract flow down regulations incorporation into bid packages. Performs policy reviews of purchase orders, subcontracts, time and material awards per contract management policy. Manage subcontractors Certificates of Insurance using Jones software application. Support finance management with subcontract lifecycle, advising on regulatory obligations and ensure prime contract compliance from pre-award through closeout. Monitor and reply to subcontractor ITAR and CUI pre-qualification correspondence. Review and approve NDA agreements. Prepare subcontract redlines using MS Word Track Changes for contract manager review.
