Job DescriptionTHE ROLE: Director, Business Development & Strategy - Global Content Sales The Director, Strategy & Business Development is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic growth opportunities that expand A+E Networks' international FAST distribution footprint and accelerate revenue across emerging digital content licensing opportunities. This role partners closely with Global Content Sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to develop business strategies, evaluate new market opportunities, structure commercial partnerships, and deliver executive-level insights that inform key strategic decisions. Success in this role requires a combination of commercial acumen, financial rigor, strategic thinking, and relationship management. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable leading complex analyses, negotiating partnerships, influencing senior executives, and driving cross-functional initiatives that support the Global Content Sales organization.
