The Active Feature Calibration - Dynamics team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced All-Wheel Drive (AWD)/Traction Control System (TCS)/Electronic Stability Control (ESC) calibration engineer to join our team. This role will be responsible for calibration development and verification of AWD/TCS/ESC and related features across various functional areas within electrified and traditional powertrains. The successful candidate will drive calibration maturity and be able to understand & present technical tradeoffs while consistently working cross-functionally to achieve program objectives, ensuring the highest standards of safety, regulatory compliance, and customer-focused driving performance. This position requires strong technical expertise in calibration methodologies, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to lead and track complex and dynamic development cycles.

The specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Development, validation, and regular fleet releases of advanced vehicle traction and controls systems calibrations
  • AWD - AWD front/rear torque ratio control, slip control, and yaw control
  • TCS - Traction control calibration
  • ESC - Electronic stability control calibration
  • LSD - Electronically limited-slip differential calibration
  • eLocker - Electronically locking differential calibration
  • Vertical Dynamics - Ride height, air springs, and active damper calibration
