Position Summary We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) to join a multidisciplinary team serving adults in our Community Psychiatry General Adult Outpatient Program. This role provides comprehensive psychosocial assessments, diagnosis, and individual, family, and group psychotherapy, while collaborating closely with psychiatrists and other members of the care team to support coordinated, patient-centered care. The ideal candidate is a clinically strong, independently licensed therapist with experience in behavioral health, crisis intervention, documentation, and collaborative care. This position also supports outcome-based, feedback-informed care and may assist with insurance authorizations and other clinical duties as needed. Key Responsibilities

Salary Range: Minimum 34.62/hour - Maximum 57.19/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
