The Treasury Management Consultant is responsible for serving as the primary client-facing Treasury Management advisor responsible for winning new business, expanding existing relationships, generating deposits, supporting rate strategy, delivering treasury, payment, and working capital solutions in partnership with Commercial Banking.
As a Treasury Management Consultant, you will:
Primary Responsibilities:


  • Drive Treasury Management revenue, deposit growth, and portfolio expansion across current and prospective clients.
  • Lead client planning, calling, and portfolio strategy in close partnership with Commercial Banking to drive new and existing business.
  • Serve as the Treasury Management subject matter expert in client engagements, aligning solutions to treasury, payments, and working capital needs.
  • Own pricing, proposals, negotiation support, and client presentations to improve relationship profitability and growth.
  • Coordinate pre-call and post-call planning, lead strategy sessions with Commercial Banking partners, and maintain strong understanding of top client industries.
  • Provide commercial banker education and opportunity support to strengthen Treasury solution awareness and client engagement across the market.
  • Maintain timely and accurate Salesforce pipeline, calling activity, and meeting tracking to support visibility, follow-through, and disciplined execution.
  • Support implementation follow-through, client experience, and risk-aware execution across the sales lifecycle.

Success Measures:


  • Revenue, deposit growth, portfolio expansion, and profitability
  • Client planning, calling activity, strategy sessions, and pipeline progression
  • Quality of pricing, proposals, solution advisory, and client presentations
  • Partnership with Commercial Banking and internal business partners
  • Timeliness and accuracy of Salesforce updates and meeting tracking
  • Implementation follow-through, client experience, and risk management



Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 2-4 years in Treasury Management, payments, banking, or related client support
  • Demonstrates ability to manage an assigned portfolio, complete pricing and proposals, and move opportunities from client engagement through submission to implementation.
