Position Title:Clinical Quality Improvement Specialist (Ambulatory)

Job Description:
General Description: The Clinical Quality Improvement Specialist I supports the organization's Quality Improvement program through reliable data collection, validation, analysis, and structured improvement support. This role develops foundational capability in measurement for improvement, variation analysis, and structured problemsolving methodologies. The Specialist I contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by supporting frontline teams in advancing patient safety, quality outcomes, experience, and operational performance. Essential Responsibilities: Responsibilities listed in this section are core to the position and encompass all organization facilities, to include outlying Ambulatory Clinics. Inability to perform these responsibilities with or without an accommodation may result in disqualification from the position.
General Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited school of Nursing required. Experience: No experience required. License(s)/Certification(s)/Registration(s) Required: Current Basic Life Support issued by the American Heart Association required upon hire. Current RN License issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing, or a current multistate compact RN License (eNLC). Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
