CRITICAL REQUIREMENTS:



  • 2+ Years of hands-on experience utilizing Oracle EBS for data entry, vendor setup, or supply chain workflows.
  • Direct experience in Procurement/Supply Chain compliance, specifically managing supplier onboarding data and auditing vendor documentation.
  • Proficiency in managing Certificates of Insurance (COIs), ensuring third-party compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.
  • Local NYC Candidate (Commutable to 4 Irving Place): This role is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of 3 days on-site per week in New York City. Candidates must be local to the tri-state area; relocation assistance or remote-only arrangements will not be considered for this contract role.

**What You'll Do:**

* Support the comprehensive onboarding, setup, compliance, and ongoing governance of third-party suppliers within the supply chain framework.

* Maintain precise and complete supplier records within the enterprise resource planning system.

* Process business requests for supplier setup and updates, ensuring adherence to internal policies and standards.

* Review essential documentation and insurance requirements to ensure suppliers meet established criteria.

* Ensure suppliers are correctly established to support procurement activities, aligning with internal controls and policy standards.

* Contribute to risk management processes, audits, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

* Collaborate with various internal departments, including supply chain management, legal, and risk management, to enhance governance and reduce operational risk.

* Manage and update internal knowledge resources to ensure accessibility of current service information.

* Incorporate feedback from internal teams and suppliers to continuously elevate service quality and operational performance.

* Maintain and update supplier certificates of insurance and related compliance records to meet company and regulatory requirements.

* Partner with internal managers and business partners to proactively address pending requests, minimize service disruptions, and support contingency planning.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Proficiency with enterprise resource planning systems for supplier management.

* Demonstrated experience in Third Party Risk Management.

* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

* Strong skills in data review and analysis.

* Exceptional professional communication abilities, both written and verbal.

* Proven ability to foster strong team collaboration.

* Bachelor's Degree in a related field.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience in procurement or supply chain operations.

* Experience managing certificates of insurance.

* Prior involvement in supplier onboarding processes.

* Skills in auditing data sets for accuracy and compliance.
