Join a leading technology company that is driving innovation and shaping the future of digital experiences. Our mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. We are expanding our regional marketing efforts to engage senior decision-makers across our most strategic accounts and priority verticals, building impactful events focused on executive and technical audiences.

Are you a dynamic, revenue-minded marketing orchestrator eager to make a significant impact? We're seeking a strategic marketing professional to join our team and transform account strategy and pipeline objectives into high-touch experiences that truly move the needle. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in deepening relationships with key decision-makers and accelerating critical opportunities, directly contributing to our growth and success.

This role is less about managing individual campaigns and more about orchestrating comprehensive, account-centric journeys. You'll connect executive engagement, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and industry-specific programs into a cohesive narrative. Your expertise will help our sales and customer success teams accelerate the opportunities that matter most, ensuring our solutions are positioned as the clear choice for industry-specific challenges.

What You'll Do:

  • Own regional marketing strategy and execution for Business Decision Maker (BDM) and Technical Decision Maker (TDM) audiences, serving as the primary marketing owner for strategic account engagement.
  • Define and deliver an integrated plan that unifies executive programs, ABM, and industry/solution campaigns under a single, cohesive narrative.
  • Lead executive programs, 1:1 and 1:few ABM initiatives, and curated account-based experiences that deepen relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Design and execute high-touch moments, including executive dinners, hospitality experiences, and bespoke engagements that accelerate strategic opportunities.
  • Develop industry- and solution-specific campaigns for priority verticals, positioning our solutions as the clear choice for industry-specific challenges.
  • Partner closely with our revenue teams (sales, SDR, customer success) to align programs to top account priorities, and collaborate with product marketing, content, and field teams to deliver integrated experiences.
  • Run signature programs including 1:1 ABM, industry roundtables and executive breakfasts, BDM and TDM third-party event sponsorships, and Community User Groups.
  • Drive sourced and influenced pipeline, strategic account progression, and executive engagement that accelerates opportunities within targeted accounts.

What You'll Bring (Must-Have Qualifications):

  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong focus on Account-Based Marketing (ABM), field marketing, executive programs, or strategic account marketing.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling account-based programs that deliver measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Experience marketing to senior BDM and TDM audiences (C-suite, VP-level executives, and technical leaders).
  • Demonstrated success partnering with sales/revenue teams in a pod or aligned-account model.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to run multiple high-stakes programs simultaneously.
  • Experience designing and executing executive-level hospitality and 1:1 experiences.
  • Deep knowledge of ABM principles, strategies, and tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling executive-level messaging and narratives.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, revenue teams, and field marketing teams to align on pipeline objectives.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate account data and pipeline signals into actionable marketing programs.
  • No particular degree is required for this role.
