As a key member of the regional marketing team, you will be instrumental in executing and growing our regional marketing strategy across a vital and expanding market. You will directly influence pipeline generation, customer expansion, and product adoption by developing and implementing integrated marketing programs. This role combines community-led developer engagement with scalable digital demand, creating a single owner focused on growing product usage and top-of-funnel reach. Your work will involve building strong relationships with sales and partner stakeholders, executing impactful campaigns, and scaling our presence and community throughout the region.

Responsibilities:



  • Support the development and execution of integrated regional marketing plans aligned to business priorities across the region.
  • Partner with sales leadership to identify market opportunities, customer segments, and growth priorities.
  • Adapt global campaigns and programs to meet regional market needs and cultural nuances.
  • Drive execution of regional marketing initiatives that support pipeline creation, customer expansion, and product adoption.
  • Plan and execute regional events, executive programs, workshops, webinars, and community experiences.
  • Support programs including developer-focused activations, customer events, and partner engagements.
  • Collaborate with field sales teams to identify target accounts and customer engagement opportunities.
  • Work closely with strategic ecosystem partners to execute joint go-to-market activities.
  • Support co-marketing initiatives that expand reach and influence across the region.
  • Help identify opportunities to leverage partner relationships to drive customer engagement and pipeline growth.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Corporate Events, Digital Marketing, Demand Generation, Partner Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure strong regional alignment.
  • Serve as a key regional point of contact for marketing activities.
  • Share regional insights and customer feedback to influence global marketing strategies.
  • Track program performance against business goals and KPIs.
  • Analyze campaign and event results to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Provide regular reporting and recommendations to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:



  • 4 years of experience in B2B technology marketing, field marketing, regional marketing, demand generation, or related disciplines.
  • Experience developing and executing integrated marketing programs that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise technology buying motions and customer engagement strategies.
  • Experience working across multiple countries and cultures within the region.
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment with strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.
  • No particular degree required for the role.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications:



  • Experience marketing to developers, technical audiences, or software engineering organizations.
  • Experience working with partners or partner-led go-to-market motions.
  • Familiarity with developer tools, cloud platforms, or solutions.
  • Spanish and/or Portuguese language proficiency.
