We are currently hiring a Receiving Crew Leader at our Arlington, Texas Distribution Center.

This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday (5:30 AM - 2:00 PM).

No weekends or holidays! Paid Time Off includes 18 days available during your first year. Imperial offers Day 1 benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage. Additionally, we provide seven paid holidays, and the company contributes 6% to a 401K with immediate vesting.

In this full time Crew Leader - Receiving / Packing role, you will provide for direction of safe and accurate receiving and packaging activities within the Regional Distribution Center.

Specifically, you will be scheduling workload assignments and redirect personnel in receiving and packaging areas based on daily priorities, training department personnel. Providing assertive, timely communication to team members and leadership regarding safety, teamwork, and quality. Coach, mentor, and develop team members to meet personal and company objectives.

Communicating with Purchasing and Inventory Control Administrator regarding receiving, inventory, or packaging discrepancies. Conduct inventory cycle counting using powered industrial equipment. Assist with investigating inventory discrepancies.

You will verify accuracy of receipt and packaging of products with Quality Control Department. Maintain records including maintenance logs on equipment, labor records, inventory transactions, personnel time records and other records as required by the Supervisor.

Your background should include a High School diploma/GED equivalent and two (2) years of general knowledge of distribution/manufacturing operations. You must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and have the ability to spend most of your time standing and walking in a warehouse environment.
