Job Summary

Assists with the coordination of recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records. Supports the talent acquisition team with administrative tasks and communication. Prepares and organizes recruitment materials to ensure a smooth hiring process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Observes the overall recruiting process to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Contacts candidates for interviews, managing communication between hiring managers and applicants.
  • Operates recruiting platforms and applicant tracking systems to update job postings, monitor applications, and track hiring progress.
  • Defines requirements for job postings, collaborating with hiring managers to ensure clear and accurate descriptions.
  • Organizes interview schedules and logistics, coordinating with candidates and interviewers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepares recruiting reports, documenting the hiring pipeline, and providing relevant data to the HR team.
  • Enters and maintains candidate information and job requisition details into the applicant tracking system.
  • Follows up with candidates and hiring managers to collect feedback and next steps in the hiring process.
  • Handles administrative tasks related to recruitment, including offer letters and onboarding documents.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
