About the Role

As a Consultant Senior, HORIZON Deposit Implementations, you will play a critical role in delivering successful deposit system implementations and conversions for financial institution clients. In this client-facing consulting position, you will leverage your expertise in deposit operations, data conversion, and banking technology to guide institutions through complex implementation initiatives. You will partner with clients to analyze business requirements, configure solutions, validate converted data, and support operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead deposit conversion and implementation activities for clients using FIS HORIZON or similar core banking platforms.
• Analyze deposit products, banking operations, and business requirements to recommend effective solutions.
• Perform data mapping, reconciliation, validation, and testing to ensure successful conversions and implementations.
• Facilitate client workshops, go-live activities, issue resolution, and post-implementation stabilization efforts.

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a conversion analyst, implementation consultant, business analyst, or similar role supporting banking technology implementations.
• Strong knowledge of deposit operations, including checking, savings, transfers, distributions, and related banking processes.
• Experience with core banking conversions, data migration, reconciliation, and testing activities.
• Working knowledge of FIS HORIZON or a comparable core banking platform.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of banking data conversion methodologies, testing frameworks, and implementation best practices.
• Consulting experience supporting financial institutions through core banking transformations or large-scale conversion initiatives.
