Position Description* Support and maintain government accredited information systems across ENSCO facilities in the Colorado Springs area. * Manage system patching using WSUS and ensure routine deployment of security updates and antivirus signatures. * Respond to user reported issues through timely troubleshooting, remediation, and preventive maintenance activities. * Coordinate with the ISSM and ISSOs to implement corrective actions for CAT I and CAT II findings identified during security compliance evaluations. * Review, import, and apply updated DISA STIGs and their associated GPOs to maintain compliance with applicable cybersecurity requirements. * Manage user accounts for authorized systems in accordance with established guidance and approvals from the ISSM and ISSOs. * Conduct patch validation and compatibility testing on designated test platforms prior to enterprise implementation. * Serve as an administrator for designated government networks, providing technical support and account management services to authorized Government and contractor personnel. Qualifications Required * Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3+ years related experience * Hold a DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification such as a Security+ * Demonstrated experience administering and maintaining government accredited information systems, including Windows and Linux operating systems, applications, user accounts, and network-connected devices. * Working knowledge of security and compliance requirements such as account management, access control, auditing, patch management, vulnerability remediation, and DISA STIG compliance. * Experience installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and operating systems within secure and/or controlled environments. * Ability to coordinate effectively with ISSOs, ISSMs, security personnel, and end users to support secure system operations and mission needs. * Proficiency with Windows administration, Group Policy, antivirus solutions, software updates, and system hardening. * Experience testing and validating patches, upgrades, and configuration changes prior to deployment in production environments. * Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining compliance with established security requirements and operational procedures. * Must hold an active Top Secret/SCI security clearance, for which you must be a U.S. Citizen. Qualifications Desired * Experience developing and utilizing a test lab to enable the Sys Admins to perform major updates and changes to closed areas more proactively versus reactively. * Experience with policies and procedures for NC1050 to include Installing Updates, Backups & Recovery, and Continuous Monitoring. * CompTIA Server+ or similar certification. * Red Hat System Administrator Certification * Linux Administrator Certification * DoD 8570 IAT Level III certification Required Certifications: IAT/IAM Level II Certification U.S. Citizenship Required: Yes Security Clearance Required: TS/SCI Employment Type: Regular Full-time Background Check Type: 7 Year Pre-Employment Drug Screen Required: None Position Contingent Upon Contract Award: No
