Under general supervision of Infusion Center leadership, the Infusion Clinical Support Assistant is responsible for the setup, maintenance, and cleaning of infusion room and ensures equipment is available and in good working condition at all times. This role maintains appropriate supply inventory, including ordering, stocking, and organizing supplies such as infusion materials, personal protective equipment, and other clinical necessities to support uninterrupted patient care. The Infusion Clinical Support Assistant is also responsible for supporting clinical workflow through patient transport between treatment areas and nursing units via wheelchair, gurney, or bed, including lifting, positioning, and transferring patients requiring moderate to total assistance. Additionally, the role provides operational support through courier duties as needed, including transport of labs, medications, and supplies. Responsibilities also include coordinating and escalating equipment, IS, Biomed, and Facilities issues to ensure timely resolution. By performing various administrative and support tasks, the Infusion Clinical Support Assistant helps promote efficiency, organization, and a safe, patient-centered environment within the infusion center. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Pay Transparency Act Annual Full Pay Range: $50,446 - $62,744 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%) Hourly Equivalent: $24.16 - $30.05 Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position.
