Deployment Technician Overview We are seeking a Deployment Technician to support a large-scale device deployment project in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. This role involves replacing and setting up devices while ensuring a smooth and professional experience for end users. Key Responsibilities * Perform device deployments, including setup, replacement, and basic configuration * Execute "white glove" device swaps with a strong focus on customer service * Follow established procedures while adapting to changing onsite needs * Provide basic troubleshooting and escalate more complex issues appropriately * Communicate clearly with end users, including both clinical and administrative staff * Track completed work and report any challenges or issues to project leadership Required Skills & Experience * Experience with device deployment, desktop support, or IT support * Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills * Familiarity with hardware setup and support * Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and task execution Soft Skills * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Team-oriented and collaborative mindset * Professional, reliable, and adaptable * Ability to work in environments requiring patience and care Additional Requirements * Must be able to commute to the project location (local candidates preferred) * Reliable transportation required * Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early mornings or evenings as needed Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Sandusky, OH. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
