What You Can Expect * Comprehensive training on systems, products, and service processes * Handson coaching and guided practice throughout training * Ongoing development in a teambased, supportive environment * Exposure to the financial services industry with strong career growth potential What You'll Do * Serve as a first point of contact for financial advisors and their clients * Handle approximately 25-30 inbound calls or service requests per day * Support a variety of requests including account inquiries, research, and financial transactions * Navigate multiple systems and databases to provide accurate and timely solutions * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently * Deliver highquality, empathetic customer service with every interaction Skills & Qualifications * Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience * 0-2+ years of experience in a clientfacing or serviceoriented role * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written * High attention to detail and strong problemsolving abilities * Comfort working in a highvolume, fastpaced environment * Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously * Curiosity, adaptability, and a desire to continuously learn * Experience or education in financial services is a plus * Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) is a plus Work Schedule & Location * Schedules fall between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST, Monday-Friday * Shifts may be four 10hour days or five 8hour days, based on business need Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Fort Mill, SC. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
