* Provide hands-on technical mentoring, championing the adoption of advanced AI and cloud best practices across the team.
* Collaborate extensively with business, technology, and operations support partners to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
* Proactively identify technical gaps and risks, establishing robust mitigation plans to safeguard project success.
* Continuously strive for improvements in development processes, accelerating application time-to-market, and elevating overall quality.
* Contribute to the design and operation of mission-critical services, ensuring stability and performance.
* Apply telemetry and metrics to inform decisions and drive operational excellence. **Must-Have Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in technology or a related discipline.
* 6+ years of comprehensive software development experience on large-scale enterprise platforms.
* 4-6+ years of experience within the financial services sector, with a strong understanding of concepts such as Margins, Options Expiration, Futures, Violations, and Pledged Asset Loans.
* 5+ years of experience managing large, complex projects with multiple dependencies, utilizing Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban/Scaled Agile) across planning, implementation, and support, including change and release management.
* 6+ years of robust development experience in distributed systems and cloud platforms.
* Full-stack development expertise with Microsoft .NET Framework, C#, and .NET in a Windows data center environment.
* Proficiency with Angular, RXJS, TypeScript, PrimeNg, and .NET Core.
* Experience integrating SOAP and REST services.
* Extensive experience with Google Cloud Platforms (GCP) and Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF).
* Knowledge of Aerospike NoSQL, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL databases.
* Familiarity with application integration using BPM platforms.
* Expertise with IBM MQ and Kafka messaging systems.
* Hands-on experience with Agentic AI tools and frameworks, and working within an AI-Led Development Lifecycle (AI-DLC).
* Demonstrated history of consistently delivering solutions and managing the complexities of large project implementations.
* Exceptional ability to interact and communicate effectively with business partners, technology teams, production support, and infrastructure teams.
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify stakeholders, assess their needs, and manage expectations through clear communication.
* High adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with numerous moving parts and a wide variety of responsibilities, including managing geographically diverse technical functions.
* A self-starter with strong prioritization and multitasking capabilities.
* Proven ability to excel in a flexible and rapidly evolving technology space, including the capacity to think broadly and successfully navigate ambiguity.
* Demonstrated experience as a technical expert within an organization, including mentoring, tackling complex problems, and collaborating with business partners to deliver exceptional client experiences.
