  • Ensure appropriate calibration, inspection, and testing systems are in place and effective
  • Lead layered process audits and support PPAP or customer validation requirements

Supplier Quality Assurance

  • Partner with Supplier Quality and Purchasing to aid in supplier qualification and resolution of supplier nonconformances and associated corrective actions

Problem Solving, Data, and Continuous Improvement

  • Develop and track internal quality KPIs (FPY, DPPM, Cpk, warranty returns)
  • Collaborate with Operations, Engineering and Continuous Improvement to identify high-impact improvement projects in yield, scrap reduction, and defect prevention

Customer & Field Quality

  • Monitor field performance, warranty claims, and test data; lead cross-functional reviews to eliminate repeat issues
  • Serve as customer liaison for significant quality concerns or containment actions
  • Ensure effective closure and communication of customer corrective actions
  • All other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or industrial/quality engineering. Consideration will be given to individuals who possess extensive Manufacturing and Quality experience
