BUILD YOUR FUTURE AT BOND

At BOND, you're not just taking a job. You're choosing to be part of a team where values guide our work, people come first, and relationships are built to last.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • This role's initial primary focus is to revive, refine and own the structure, usability and governance of our SharePoint based intranet environment, to include semantic enrichment to optimize for AI and overall data and knowledge discovery, storage and retrieval. They will directly manage and have full ownership of page architecture, content cleanup, data/content management and ongoing optimization, both through their own technical execution and by partnering with content owners across operating units, departments and corporate functions.
  • Next, this role will evolve to also optimize, right size, and drive adoption of digital collaboration by developing employee training and engagement for SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Copilot, SharePoint, Loop, Planner, Clipchamp and Lists. They plan a training calendar and deliver the training or partner with others to deliver. This role must be able to differentiate, tailor and develop approaches that meet the unique needs of field-based and office-based user communities. This includes assessing our current MS Teams footprint and developing a plan to refine usage relative to best practices.
  • In parallel, this person will assess our current state use of network drives in the context of how they enable core business processes and develop strategies to migrate workflows to a Cloud first strategy.
  • In subsequent phases, this role will grow to develop roadmaps that layer in additional collaboration tools and business process automations within the O365 platform to drive community sharing and engagement, like Viva, Engage, PowerApps and Power Automate.

Additional Detail on Core Responsibilities

Core responsibilities for this role include user experience, technical execution, governance and architecture, with examples as follows:

  • Design the ideal architecture of our SharePoint site(s) in partnership with department and business leaders and content owners at all levels.
  • Work with content owners throughout the organization to remove old content and page structures and work towards the future state.
  • Lead content cleanup and optimization efforts across SharePoint and Teams.
  • Design and implement structured content frameworks and semantic enrichment across SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive to ensure CoPilot discoverability and usability.
  • Establish logical library structures, naming conventions, and metadata models that support semantic search and AI grounding.
  • Revise and optimize existing document storage patterns (vs. sprawl) to align with how Copilot retrieves and synthesizes information
  • Develop, manage and enforce policies and standards for site/page architecture, provisioning, templating, user permissions, metadata, retention and other content lifecycle considerations.
  • Own the structure, usability, and governance of the entire Microsoft 365 digital collaboration suite, including SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Copilot, Loop, Planner, Clipchamp, Lists, Viva, Engage, PowerApps and Power Automate. Ensure the environment is intuitive, well-organized, and secure.
  • Partner info security and compliance teams to ensure alignment with security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
  • Serve as the technical liaison for the 3rd party SP add-on intranet homepage, collaborating with Internal Communications and other stakeholders
  • Consider integration of low-code solutions, business process automations, and AI agents (e.g., Copilot Studio) to improve employee productivity.

Microsoft 365 Training & Adoption
