We take a technology-first, client-centered approach to solving complex environmental and regulatory challenges, and our Legal Department plays a critical role in supporting that mission. Position Overview Alliance Technical Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented law student intern to join our in-house Legal Department. This is a hands-on opportunity to work alongside experienced legal professionals in a dynamic, fast-growing environmental services company. The intern will gain meaningful exposure to corporate transactional work, litigation support, and regulatory compliance, all within an industry at the intersection of environmental law, energy, and technology. This position is open to law students at any stage of their legal education (1L, 2L, or 3L; rising law school entrants). Key Responsibilities Contracts and Transactional Work

What You Will Gain
Location, Schedule and Rate This position is based in Louisville, Kentucky. Hybrid arrangements may be considered depending on law school schedule.
