Two Shifts Available: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Pay: $13.64 - $17.50 per hour

Job Summary

The Distribution Associate is responsible for supporting warehouse and distribution operations by receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products with a high degree of accuracy and quality. This role plays a critical part in maintaining inventory integrity, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and supporting efficient distribution processes. The Distribution Associate works in a fast-paced environment and follows established procedures to ensure product traceability, safety, and operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities



  • Receive, unload, sort, and process incoming shipments accurately and efficiently.
  • Verify incoming products against packing lists and receiving documentation.
  • Palletize, re-palletize, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders according to order specifications and shipping requirements.
  • Ensure accurate product selection by identifying and verifying part numbers and product attributes.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical inventories, and adherence to inventory control procedures.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including manual and electric pallet jacks and other material handling equipment, following all safety procedures.
  • Conduct pre-use inspections of warehouse equipment and report any issues to leadership.
  • Accurately complete equipment operation records and required documentation.
  • Follow established quality management, security, and operational procedures to ensure product traceability and compliance.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company policies and workplace standards.
  • Support mailroom operations and other warehouse-related duties as assigned.
  • Maintain productivity and accuracy standards across all warehouse functions.
  • Adhere to all safety, attendance, and operational policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.


Job Requirements



  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Ability to accurately identify and differentiate product numbers, labels, and inventory attributes.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to learn and operate RF scanning devices and warehouse management systems.
  • Ability to learn and safely operate material handling equipment.
  • Ability to work across multiple systems and processes.
  • Ability to obtain required hazardous materials and lithium battery certifications, if applicable.
  • Ability to lift, move, and handle materials in a warehouse environment.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed to support business operations.


Work Experience



  • Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience preferred.
  • Experience operating material handling equipment is preferred but not required


Additional Job Details (Commute, Attendance, etc.)



  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
  • Overtime may be required based on business needs.
  • Extended shifts may be required at month-end, including shifts up to 10 hours or longer.
  • Steel-toe shoes are required.
  • Position requires maintaining high standards of safety, quality, attendance, and productivity.
  • Background screening and employment verification may be required as part of the hiring process.
