JMT is currently seeking qualified, experienced and highly motivated individuals to assist in overseeing and inspecting construction of roadway and site improvement projects primarily involving construction of stormwater, water and sewer facilities in the southeast Pennsylvania region. The Construction Inspector will act as the client's representative working closely with our clients (Philadelphia Water Dept., City of Philadelphia, PennDOT, SEPTA, etc.), under the direction of the client's Construction Manager to: verify that proper contract adherence and inspection requirements are met; attend/conduct project control meetings; document work progress; and monitor construction quality and safety. Immigration sponsorship or support (e.g. H1B, F-1 CPT/OPT/STEM OPT) is not available for this position, except for qualified candidates eligible for the TN visa classification.
