Location: Onsite


Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm


Salary range: $17.00-$21.00 per hour, depending upon experience



What work will you perform?


Your role involves providing exceptional customer service support, addressing inquiries efficiently, and resolving complex issues promptly. With a minimum of one year of office experience and strong communication skills, you'll play a crucial part in evaluating insurance policies, conducting audits, and assisting with special projects.



Essential Responsibilities:



  • Using minimal discretion to solve complex problems.
  • Answers phones, handles correspondence, and maintain files as needed.
  • Ask questions when unsure.
  • Respond to all inquiries timely.
  • Prepares documents as needed.

Required Minimum Experience and Education:



  • High School Diploma or GED
  • One year of customer service experience.



Preferred Experience and Education:



  • One year of transportation or insurance related experience.



Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:



  • Microsoft Office and Internet knowledge
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Professional demeanor
  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data entry using Excel
