We are looking for a **Lead Generation & Retention Manager** to spearhead initiatives that will directly increase customer lifetime value, streamline billing processes, and accelerate digital adoption. In this impactful 7-month project role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing targeted campaigns designed to transition existing clients to automated payment systems and digital invoicing, significantly reducing voluntary churn.
