We're seeking a dynamic professional to join our team, playing a pivotal role in managing energy reduction programs. You'll be at the heart of operations, ensuring seamless execution from customer enrollment to event settlement, directly contributing to a more efficient and reliable energy system. **Key Contributions:**

* Support comprehensive customer enrollment workflows, including application tracking and coordination with internal teams and external participants.

* Maintain essential operational trackers and documentation to manage program activity throughout its lifecycle.

* Assist with seasonal ramp-up activities, ensuring enrollment readiness, and support post-season clean-up efforts.

* Serve as a primary point of contact for the team's shared inbox, triaging incoming requests and routing issues to appropriate team members.

* Respond to routine customer and stakeholder inquiries efficiently using established templates and procedures.

* Track open items diligently and follow up to ensure timely resolution of all inquiries.

* Support event calling activities during active periods, including pre-event checks, customer notification support, and post-event follow-up.

* Assist with monitoring event participation data, identifying and flagging anomalies or missing information for review.

* Provide critical operational support during time-sensitive grid events as needed.

* Contribute to settlement processing activities, including data validation, reconciliation, and updating settlement trackers.

* Review and investigate settlement discrepancies in close coordination with program leads.

* Prepare data files and summaries for settlements and internal reporting under guidance.

* Identify and propose opportunities to enhance documentation, tracking, and recurring operational processes.

* Establish and refine processes, policies, and procedures to optimize program operations and efficiency.

* Support ad hoc analyses and special projects as programs evolve and new needs arise.

**Required Skills & Experience:**

* High attention to detail and a proven ability to follow defined processes within a regulated environment.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel (including VLOOKUPs, filters, and pivot tables).

* Exposure to Business Intelligence (BI) Tools, Databases, or additional analytical tools.

* Comfortable working across multiple workflows and priorities in a fast-paced operational setting.

* Must possess a Bachelor's Degree; a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, Engineering, IT, Sciences, Environmental Studies, or a closely related field is preferred.

**Preferred Skills:**

* Experience with energy, utilities, or related operational programs.

* Experience supporting settlements, billing, incentives, or financial reconciliations.

* Ability to quickly learn new systems and adapt to changing program needs.

* Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently with large datasets and operational trackers.

* A collaborative team player.

* Proven track record of meeting strict goals and deadlines for deliverables.

* Strong organizational skills.
