Key Responsibilities:
Process Improvement: The Senior Analytics Analyst is responsible for identifying opportunities to improve financial systems processes and implementing changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Team Leadership: The Senior Analytics Analyst is responsible for mentoring and coaching junior analysts, as well as working effectively as part of a team and collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives. Administering Financial Systems: The Senior Analyst is responsible for providing system administration, maintenance, support and enhancement to the company's financial systems, including ERP, EPM and other financial software and tools. Communication: The Senior Analytics Analyst is responsible for communicating financial data and analysis to internal and external stakeholders, including presenting findings to senior management and responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Additionally, the Senior Analyst may be responsible for mentoring and coaching junior analysts. Data Science and Analytics: The Analytics Analyst II is responsible for analyzing complex financial data using data science techniques to identify trends, risks and opportunities. This analysis will inform the design, development, and implementation of financial models and forecasts to support business decisions in the form of reporting and visualization used to communicate to stakeholders including senior management.

Reporting and Visualization: The ability to prepare reports and visualizations to communicate financial data to internal and external stakeholders, including senior management.
Successful Candidates Will Typically Have:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field 5+ years of related experience
