Infor is looking for an Account Manager, Senior with experience selling MES enterprise software solutions into manufacturers, distribution, automotive and aerospace organizations. You are comfortable building relationships and selling to C-level stakeholders and you are ready to take on an exciting career move. You will take full responsibility for the regional growth target within a rapidly growing business unit which enables manufacturing businesses to realize their digital transformation goals.

A Typical Day in the Life Includes:
  • Work with customers and prospects to gain a deep understanding of their requirements.
  • Stay updated on the evolving Infor product landscape, positioning complementary applications effectively.
  • Showcase the value proposition and competitive advantages of our solution.
  • Drive demand-generation activities to raise awareness of Infor MES, working closely with other departments collaboratively.
  • Travel as needed to meet with customers on-site, valuing face-to-face interactions for building strong customer relationships.
  • Responsible for MES solution sales to the assigned industries/territory.
  • Use MEDDPICC to manage complex sales cycles whilst working with virtual sales teams including pre-sales, development, professional services, lead generation, partners, and support.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Experience in enterprise software sales, ideally in MES/MOM or related solutions such as OEE, QMS, EAM, WMS, SCADA, and ERP.
  • Experience in the manufacturing sector, particularly in driving digital transformation initiatives.
  • Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the experience presenting to all levels of an organization.
  • Experience prospecting and driving pipeline generation.
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future. Must be an American Citizen.
  • 50% travel.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Sales prospecting experience.
  • ERP/Saas and Cloud-based solution selling experience.
  • Negotiation and closing skills.
