Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager of DIO Compliance to lead and oversee the design, implementation, and effectiveness of DIO controls supporting SOX compliance within our organization. This role will coordinate closely with audit, risk, and business teams to address control deficiencies and remediation efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DIO Compliance, SOX risk management, and governance, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities


  • Oversee the design, implementation, and ongoing effectiveness of DIO controls to ensure compliance with SOX requirements

  • Drive in partnership with internal audit, risk management, and business stakeholders to identify, assess, and remediate control deficiencies

  • Monitor and report on the status of DIO compliance and SOX controls to governance bodies and senior leadership

  • Develop and maintain documentation related to DIO compliance policies, procedures, and control frameworks

  • Lead efforts to continuously improve DIO compliance processes and controls in alignment with industry best practices

  • Stay current with regulatory changes and industry trends impacting DIO compliance and SOX requirements


Qualifications


  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT compliance, SOX compliance, or related risk management roles

  • Relevant certification required: CISA, CPA, CISM, CISSP, CIA, or equivalent

  • Strong understanding of SOX risk management and IT compliance frameworks

  • Experience working in or with data center environments is preferred, though not required to have a technical focus

  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with audit, risk, and business teams

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to work independently in a Global work environment

The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:

United States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 136,000 - 204,000 USD / Annual

Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.

The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
