| JOB SUMMARY: |
Supports operations and conducts data analytics projects to provide information and insights to stakeholders for decision-making or solution development. Responsible for transforming data into usable metrics. Understands and advises the team on Power BI-related topics within Azure, ensuring optimal use of these tools for data analysis and reporting. | MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: |
- Bachelor's degree in business, a quantitative field or equivalent; and
- Two years' experience in a data analyst or similar analytical role.

| JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: |
- Develops, maintains, manages, and troubleshoots advanced reporting, models, analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions using Power BI.
- Uses scripting, querying, visualization/BI tools, statistical methods, and data modeling to generate, QA, and deliver reports, data files, and dashboards to customers.
- Constructs data sets, monitors data quality, troubleshoots and resolves database issues to ensure data integrity.
- Supports and utilizes ETL systems, maintenance processes, and related projects, writing code and/or using ETL tools.
- Plans, executes, extends, utilizes, and troubleshoots data warehouse operations following system requirements and anticipated usage.
- Reviews and improves existing solutions and collaborates with teams to deliver new solutions, while acting as liaison between information technology and business units.
- Collaborate with end-users and stakeholders to understand needs/objectives, gather requirements, ensure proper testing and validation, and documents final solution.
- Provide training and assistance to users for generation of ad-hoc reports.
- Stay current with Power BI updates, capabilities, and best practices.
- Performs other tasks and special projects as assigned.

| KEY SKILLS AND COMPENTENCIES: |
- Strong written, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills.
- Must have the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers.
- Knowledge of data governance principles, data privacy regulations, and best practices in data management.
- Working knowledge of information security best practices as related to end-user access and data transfer.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Understanding of and ability to maintain confidentiality of all company information.

| PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: |
- Knowledge of Microsoft data solutions, especially Microsoft Fabric and SQL Server.
- Familiarity with T-SQL and/or PySpark.
- Construction industry and/or Spectrum ERP experience.

- Requires minimal travel (up to 10%) including in-state and out-of-state by car and/or plane with overnight stays
