The Commercial Litigation team ("COLT") is a division of the JLD. COLT is responsible for all commercial litigation matters including, for example, disputes with our payors, partners, landlords, and vendors; privacy-related disputes; and tax disputes. Role Overview: The Director, Corporate Counsel, Commercial Litigation ("COLT") will be a member of a litigation team comprised of attorneys, paralegals, and legal professionals. The Corporate Counsel will proactively drive a portfolio of commercial litigation and arbitration matters - including payor, vendor, real estate and other business disputes - to resolution across the country in numerous venues. In addition, the Corporate Counsel will work collaboratively with other legal, business and clinical units to advise clients on various legal issues. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
