Clean record: No more than 3 tickets or accidents in the past 3 years. Time in the seat: At least 1 year of CDL driving experience. Know the ropes: You understand DOT rules, safety checks, and daily inspections. Built to move: Able to lift up to 50 lbs and help with freight when needed.
