If color-coded spreadsheets and inbox zero make your heart happy, this Front Desk Associate role is calling your name. You'll juggle calls, meetings, and projects with calm confidence while keeping things running smoother than morning coffee

What It Takes to Run the Show.

• 1-3 years in areceptionist, front desk, or admin role (corporate environment preferred)
• Experience handlingmulti-line phones + high call volume
• Comfortable working in afast-paced, high-traffic office
• BasicMicrosoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

From Clock In to Clock Out.

Greeting and managing visitors (first impression of the company). Answering and routing calls. Managing badges, conference rooms, and mail. Supporting internal teams with light admin tasks.

• Strong communication - clear, friendly, and able to direct calls/visitors efficiently
• Multitasking ability - can manage phones, visitors, and admin tasks at the same time
