Posting Date 04/28/2026 2000 16th St, Denver, Colorado, 80202, United States of AmericaThe IKC reporting and analytics team is a specialized group dedicated to supporting DaVita Integrated Kidney Care (DaVita IKC), the renal population health management division of DaVita. This team is responsible for developing and communicating analytics that inform the clinical needs of our populations, track clinical operations performance, and provide data-driven insights that support our partners in optimizing Value-Based Care (VBC) programs. The Senior Analyst acts as a project lead, and mentors others while serving as a trusted resource for UAT/QA. In this role, you will be expected to answer advanced analytical questions, acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in your assigned area. This role is designed for a teammate who proactively identifies business questions, executes complex analyses, and translates data into actionable narratives that drive performance.
