You will also serve as a trusted advisor to customers and executive stakeholders, driving successful outcomes in complex and high-risk environments.

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing executive leadership and governance across large and mega-scale EPC, EPCM, and integrated project delivery programs

  • Managing project directors, project managers, and functional leaders while providing clear direction, accountability, and support
  • Serving as Designated Project Executive, Project Sponsor, Proposal Manager, or other executive project leadership roles as required
  • Driving the development and implementation of integrated project execution plans, including engineering, procurement, construction, project controls, quality, HSE, risk, and commissioning strategies
  • Building strong customer relationships and serving as the primary executive interface for project performance, commercial matters, and strategic alignment
  • Leading commercial strategy and governance, including management of mixed contracting models such as reimbursable, lump sum, unit rate, and alliance-based delivery models
  • Managing project profitability, cash flow, change control, contractual obligations, claims avoidance, and overall commercial performance
  • Ensuring robust project controls, forecasting, performance measurement, and reporting processes are implemented and maintained
  • Driving risk identification, opportunity management, contingency planning, and mitigation strategies across all project activities
  • Championing advanced work packaging, workshare strategies, digital delivery initiatives, and continuous improvement programs
  • Establishing and promoting a strong culture of health, safety, environmental stewardship, and operational integrity across all project teams
  • Leading organizational change initiatives within project environments and ensuring alignment with broader business objectives and customer needs
