• 1 year of customer service experience(call center experience a plus).
• Strong oral communication skills with aclear, pleasant speaking voice.
• Ability to remain professional, courteous, and helpful with callers.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask andremainorganized in a fast-paced environment.

A Day in the Life (Chat Support Style)

• Route incoming calls and place outgoing calls.
• Greet callers promptlycourteously and professionally.
• Screen callers, respond to routine information requests, and direct inquiries as needed.
• Utilize phone directories and departmental contacts to locate individuals.
