Description The Admissions & Business Operations Supervisor is accountable for managing all aspects of the admissions, in-house transfers, and discharge processes for the Skilled Nursing and SubAcute programs. This role also provides oversight of key business office functions related to admissions, including coordination of payer authorization, contract alignment, census management, and accurate handoffs to billing and finance partners. As the first point of contact and "face of Providence Mount St. Vincent" for many residents, families, hospitals, and referral partners, the Supervisor ensures a high-quality, concierge-level customer service experience from initial inquiry through admission and transition of care. To be successful, the Supervisor works collaboratively with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, referral agencies, discharge planners, social workers, finance/business office teams, and internal interdisciplinary staff to achieve budgeted census levels, support compliant admissions, and ensure a seamless, compassionate admissions experience.
