Description POSITION SUMMARY The HR Technology Analyst, Talent Systems will be the Talent Management System Super User, partnering with functional training teams to make their career development experience vision a reality. This individual plays a critical role in the configuration and management of the Talent Management system, helping formulate curriculum and LMS structure from the ground up to fit the unique needs of LDI and its workforce, as well as supporting the Performance Management process and annual Talent Planning process. This full-time, hybrid-eligible position will report to the Sr HR Operations Manager at our Enterprise Solutions location in New Hope, MN. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS The starting base salary range for this position is $68,355 - $85,445 per year. The compensation posted is the anticipated pay for the position at the time of the posting. We may pay above or below posted amount based on several factors, including, but not limited to education and/or certifications, skills, experience, or work location. Some positions may qualify for additional compensation in the form of bonuses.
