What It Takes to Keep Chips Flying

• GED or high school diploma required; technical or trade training preferred.
• Three or more years using manual or CNC mills, lathes, or similar machines (Haas, Mazak, Okuma, a plus).
• Can read blueprints, check dimensions, and fine-tune for accuracy.
• Reliable under pressure and proud of precise work.
• Safety-minded and able to handle physical demands.

Your Role:

• Fire up your CNC or manual machine and get the chips flying
• Read prints, measure parts, and hold tight tolerances
• Keep your tools sharp, your area clean, and your focus locked
• End the day knowing every cut counted
