Junior Program Analyst

Tharros assists the government to execute engineering and logistics tasks and prepare products in support of Navy Military and Aerospace Equipment and Military Weapons, specifically the E-2 C and D Hawkeye system. In support of this mission, Tharros is seeking a Junior Program Analyst located in Lakehurst, NJ.

Responsibilities:

• Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of Navy Aircraft SE program/project objectives.
• Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules.
• Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.
• Participates as a member of and/or supports the specified program or project team.
• Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to SE acquisition and product programs.
• Tracks program/project status and schedules.
• Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
• Responsible for assisting more senior positions and/or performing functional duties under the oversight of more senior positions.

• 1-3 years related experience in a business or technical position.
• 4 year degree; 6 years additional work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree or 4 years additional work experience and an Associate's degree.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite to include Teams or similar workplace chat and videoconferencing tools.
