You Are:

A senior Sales Leader who will drive large deal origination, strategic account growth, and enterprise sales execution across North America. This role is designed for a proven enterprise hunter who combines deep customer-facing credibility with the ability to influence teams, shape go-to-market motions, and close complex, highvalue deals.

You will have individual revenue responsibility, with the opportunity to build and influence a broader rollup as the business scales.

The Opportunity:



  • Own and deliver individual revenue targets, with accountability for large, complex deal pursuits
  • Originate, qualify, and close new logo and expansion deals across strategic enterprise accounts
  • Lead end-to-end execution of large deal pursuits, including deal strategy, win themes, governance, and executive alignment
  • Build and sustain Csuite and senior executive relationships with key customers and strategic partners
  • Drive strong pipeline governance, forecasting discipline, and deal quality
  • Partner closely with delivery, solutions, finance, and legal teams to ensure commercial rigor across pricing, margins, and contract structures
  • Shape account and pursuit-level GTM strategy, positioning UST as a strategic transformation partner rather than a transactional vendor
  • Mentor and influence account teams and sales leaders involved in complex pursuits, without reliance on a large direct org


What You Need:



  • At least 20 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, with senior-level responsibility for large, complex deals
  • Proven track record of closing multiyear, multimilliondollar services deals
  • Strong background in technology and digital services selling, including consultative and outcomeoriented deal structures
  • Demonstrated ability to operate as a quota-carrying sales leader, not purely an oversight role
  • Deep experience engaging and influencing Clevel customer stakeholders
  • Strong commercial acumen across pricing, margins, negotiation, and deal structuring
  • Executive presence, clear communication style, and high credibility with customers and internal leadership


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience selling technology services, digital transformation, engineering, or IT services
  • Exposure to one or more of the following industries:

    • BFSI
    • Retail & CPG
    • Life Sciences / Healthcare / Pharma
    • Manufacturing
    • TMT


  • Experience working with global accounts and multigeo delivery models



Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Role Location: Remote- East Coast

Compensation Range: $192,000-288,000

Benefits:

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

Part-time employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching.

Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) program with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Part-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).

All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
