Description The IT Senior Project Manager leads infrastructure, operations, and service delivery projects supporting the SEC ISS contract. This roleis responsible forend-to-end project planning, execution, and control to ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved on schedule and within scope. The position works closely with SEC OIT stakeholders and cross-functional technical teams to drive transparent execution and actionable reporting. The role ensures project activities align with organizational standards and governance expectations. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Project Planning and Execution - Define project scope,objectives, deliverables, and success criteria for infrastructure and service delivery initiatives. - Develop andmaintaindetailed work plans, integrated schedules, milestone tracking, and resource plans. - Execute projects through full lifecycle phases and ensuretimelycompletion of contract-aligned deliverables. -Maintaindisciplined control of scope, schedule, and resources across project execution. - May require participation in on-call or surge support activities depending on operational needs. Team Leadership and Stakeholder Coordination - Lead multi-disciplinary technical teams across infrastructure, operations, and service delivery functions. - Conduct recurring project meetings and status reviews to track progress and remove blockers. - Coordinate activities across internal teams, external partners, and SEC federal stakeholders. - Present project decisions, changes, and implementation direction for review and alignment. Performance Monitoring and Reporting - Track project progress against plan and provide clear status reports on accomplishments, risks, and next steps. - Produce schedule and performance reporting that supports operational visibility and leadership decision-making. - Analyze trends, constraints, and dependencies to provide actionable recommendations. -Maintainaccurateproject documentation and reporting artifacts in approved contract formats and systems. Risk, Compliance, and Governance -Identifyand manage risks, issues, dependencies, and corrective actions to protect project outcomes. - Ensure project executioncomplies withorganizational standards, change control processes, and governance cycles. -Maintainproject controls that support milestone attainment and deliverable quality. - Provide analysis and reporting to support project oversight and informed decisions.
