Map and integrate retail data sources (e.g., POS sales, inventory, shipments, promotions, store/item hierarchies) into the o9 platform, ensuring data quality, transformation, and optimal performance. Support end-to-end implementation lifecycle: solution design, configuration development, unit/integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), go-live support, and post-go-live enhancements. Troubleshoot configuration issues, monitor solution performance, and implement optimizations or fixes to maintain high uptime and SLA compliance. Document configuration logic, custom developments, and best practices; contribute to knowledge transfer, and training.
